- Direct cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for human-AI symbiosis in enterprise contexts
- Present future scenarios to C-suite stakeholders and industry consortiums
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for prototype development and testing
- Drive adoption of circular economy principles in tech lifecycle management
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or emerging tech leadership roles
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or neurotechnology domains
- Proven track record of scaling from prototype to market deployment
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Futures journal preferred
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (ACF or similar)
- Experience with agile development in regulated industries
- Strong portfolio of launched innovations with measurable impact
- PhD or Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, or Future Studies
