Responsibilities

- Design and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with 5-year strategic objectives
- Collaborate with C-suite to secure executive buy-in and resource allocation for future-facing initiatives
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for tracking innovation ROI and adoption metrics
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or strategic planning, with proven experience in future-casting methodologies
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, or bio-digital convergence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- Track record of launching minimum three products/services with 3+ year development cycles
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes affecting 2026 tech deployment
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex interdependencies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
