- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation strategy with business objectives
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and designers through rapid prototyping cycles
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budget and manage vendor partnerships
- Present breakthrough concepts to board of directors and external investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven track record in emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML deployment, blockchain architecture, or quantum computing
- Published research or patents in futuristic technology domains
- Strong P&L management experience with $10M+ budget oversight
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
