Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with transformative potential for our industry
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling next-gen solutions
- Analyze global tech trends to anticipate market disruptions and competitive threats
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Present innovation frameworks and progress to C-suite executives and board members
- Foster a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking within the organization
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business with innovation focus
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate vision into actionable plans
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
