Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers and researchers in rapid prototyping
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through strategic partnerships and grant proposals
- Publish 3+ industry white papers annually on emerging tech trends
- Mentor talent pipeline through university partnerships and innovation workshops
- Present findings at global tech summits including Web Summit and CES
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech standards
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) and corporate partnerships
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Strong patent portfolio with 10+ granted/issuing patents
