Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Smart City roadmap, integrating IoT, AI, and renewable energy systems
- Leverage $50M+ budget to coordinate 15+ global engineering teams across hardware, software, and infrastructure domains
- Negotiate strategic partnerships with municipal governments and Fortune 500 tech innovators
- Drive agile methodologies to deliver scalable solutions across 5 pilot cities by 2025
- Lead stakeholder communications from C-suite executives to community boards
- Mitigate regulatory and technical risks through proactive compliance frameworks
- Mentor a high-performing multidisciplinary team of 20+ specialists
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in smart city or large-scale urban development
- Proven track record delivering complex projects with budgets exceeding $30M
- Expertise in IoT ecosystems, AI-driven automation, and sustainable infrastructure
- Master's degree in Urban Planning, Engineering, or Business Administration (PhD preferred)
- Deep familiarity with municipal regulations and public-private partnership models
- Certifications in PMP, LEED, or equivalent sustainability frameworks
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 50+ professionals
