Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technology strategy, focusing on scalability and futuristic AI integration.
- Architect and optimize high-performance neural networks for real-time spatial processing.
- Lead the design of secure, decentralized systems using Rust and WebAssembly.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate complex user needs into robust technical solutions.
- Oversee the deployment of generative models across cloud and edge environments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in AI or Spatial Computing.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Proven track record of designing scalable systems (Kubernetes, Docker, Microservices).
- Experience with Spatial OS, Unity, or Unreal Engine is highly preferred.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
