Qualifications

- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, AI Ethics, or Systems Theory
- Published research on quantum machine learning or human-AI symbiosis
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method)
- Deep expertise in blockchain 3.0 and decentralized identity protocols
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TFIA preferred)
