- Analyze emerging tech/societal trends (2026-2030 horizon) and develop strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future innovation priorities
- Author compelling future-state scenarios and strategic roadmaps for executive leadership
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with future market needs
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify disruptive partnership opportunities
- Present strategic insights to boards and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or corporate innovation roles
- Expertise in technology forecasting (AI, quantum, biotech) and trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Business, or relevant technical field
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
