Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global tech trends, geopolitical shifts, and sociocultural evolutions to identify 2026-2030 opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning models for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof product development
- Produce annual 'Horizon Scan' reports with predictive frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in augmented reality and sustainable tech
- Establish thought leadership through keynote speeches and industry white papers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, climate tech, neuro-interfaces, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial products
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
- Fluency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
