Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks for exponential innovation adoption across industries
- Lead cross-functional workshops to disrupt conventional thinking and foster creative solutions
- Produce actionable foresight reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-oriented concepts
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of developing future-focused business strategies
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging trends and disruption
- Experience advising C-suite executives on transformational initiatives
- Portfolio of foresight projects demonstrating impact on organizational strategy
