Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions through 2030
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership and board members
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready products and services
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of industry futurists, academic partners, and tech pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and investment priorities
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on future trends
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning and adaptation
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in emerging domains: quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with ability to visualize complex future scenarios
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field preferred
- Published author or frequent speaker at global innovation conferences
- Proficient in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning, STEEP analysis)
- Experience leading enterprise-level transformation initiatives
