Responsibilities
- Research and synthesize global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech, etc.) with 2026 relevance
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 3-5 year strategic horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Author quarterly trend briefings for executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-oriented solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic adaptation to emerging disruptions
- Represent the company at futurist conferences and industry symposiums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research
- Proven experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two 2026-relevant domains (e.g., quantum computing, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ strategic foresight projects with measurable impact
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
