Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks and scenario models for navigating future uncertainty
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Produce executive-level trend reports and future-state roadmaps
- Advise leadership on innovation opportunities and risk mitigation for 2026+ landscapes
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Proven ability to translate complex future concepts into executable business strategies
- Exceptional presentation skills with C-suite experience
- Published thought leadership in futures or technology domains
