Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions through 2026-2030 lens
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for business units
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities
- Produce trend reports and innovation briefs for executive decision-making
- Design and implement horizon-scanning processes across the organization
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and business models
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial outcomes
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, or climate tech disruption vectors
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Experience with futures research tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, STEEPLE)
- Strong network within futurist and innovation communities
