Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into organizational planning and product roadmaps
- Conduct high-impact scenario planning workshops for key stakeholders across global markets
- Produce strategic whitepapers and thought leadership content on future workforce and technology paradigms
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 challenges
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure organizational readiness for future-state transformations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills using advanced analytics platforms
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or advanced degree in Futures Studies
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams across APAC, EMEA, and Americas markets
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes shaping 2026 tech adoption
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-state initiatives
