Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 3-5 year product and market roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision priorities
- Produce executive-grade trend reports and competitive intelligence briefings
- Partner with R&D to validate emerging technologies and accelerate innovation pipelines
- Advose on organizational design and talent acquisition strategies for future skillsets
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex insights into actionable strategies
- Track record influencing C-suite decisions and driving organizational change
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, Business Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (portfolio required)
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
