Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across biotech, AI ethics, and climate resilience to identify 2026+ market disruptors
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives in tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Author quarterly trend briefs and whitepapers published in partnership with MIT Media Lab
- Represent FutureVision at global forums like Davos and Web Summit as a futurism thought leader
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and systems analysis
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (MS/PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in corporate strategy consulting or innovation roles with tech/healthcare focus
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business models
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi techniques, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and public speaking experience
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable business impact
