Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and metaverse ecosystems
- Develop 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to quantify future disruption risks
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on emerging paradigms
- Manage cross-functional innovation labs with R&D and product teams
- Present foresight insights to executive boards and investor forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, futurism, or innovation management
- Proven track record of forecasting tech adoption curves (showcase case studies)
- Expertise in systems thinking and complexity modeling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CSF) preferred
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AGI development, and climate resilience
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
