Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-viable products and services
- Analyze global trend data to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Collaborate with C-suite to align organizational strategy with future-proof initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders using immersive storytelling techniques
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Drive scenario planning for geopolitical and technological black swan events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi method)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on future-proofing initiatives
