- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with R&D teams to align strategy with emerging capabilities
- Author forward-looking thought leadership reports published in industry journals and executive briefings
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex trend analysis into actionable roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and ethical innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
