Responsibilities
- Develop and implement forward-looking strategic frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their disruptive potential
- Design scalable business models for future-proof organizational growth
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive decision-making
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of innovation across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technology trends and market disruption
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with AI-driven forecasting tools and trend analysis platforms
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
