- Forecast socioeconomic and technological trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive innovations (quantum computing, AGI, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision
- Develop predictive models using proprietary Horizon Analytics platform
- Author thought leadership reports published in Future Business Journal
- Advolve client boards on risk mitigation for paradigm shifts
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published white papers on AI governance or climate adaptation
- Proficiency in trend forecasting tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP)
- Track record advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
- Deep expertise in at least one vertical: fintech, healthtech, or cleantech
