Responsibilities
- Analyze and report on emerging trends, technologies, and societal shifts that will impact our industry and business landscape by 2026 and beyond.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategic foresight framework to guide long-term planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to integrate future insights into corporate strategy and business development initiatives.
- Lead workshops and presentations to communicate foresight findings and inspire innovation across the organization.
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems, including startups, research institutions, and thought leaders, to identify opportunities and threats.
- Build and maintain a network of experts and partners in relevant fields to enhance foresight capabilities.
- Produce high-quality reports, briefings, and visualizations that translate complex future scenarios into actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Business, Economics, Technology, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting.
- Proven track record of identifying and analyzing emerging trends and their business implications.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.) and their potential societal and economic impacts.
- Experience with foresight methodologies such as scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis.
