- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and global innovation forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking methodologies
- Build quantitative models forecasting adoption curves of emerging tech
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 impact
- Published author in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Expertise in Delphi method and technology roadmapping
- Proficiency in Python/R for trend analysis and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and climate tech
- Track record of influencing board-level strategic decisions
- Fluency in English with multilingual capabilities preferred
