- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks to detect emerging technologies and consumer behaviors
- Produce strategic foresight reports for executive decision-making and investor communications
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future scenarios and contingency planning
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory impacts on technology adoption curves
- Present future-state visions at industry conferences and board meetings
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems modeling, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Design preferred
