Responsibilities
- Develop and operationalize 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into core business models
- Produce actionable reports on socio-technical disruptions and their enterprise implications
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and venture ecosystems
- Design and execute organizational change programs to prepare for 2026 workforce and market realities
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies and strategic foresight tools
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven storytelling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Strong network in Silicon Valley tech and innovation ecosystems
- Published thought leadership on future trends or transformation strategies
