- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients navigating exponential change
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Author high-impact foresight reports and predictive analytics frameworks
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen business models and customer experiences
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, MBA, or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Technique)
