Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Design strategic roadmaps for clients integrating quantum computing, AI governance, and biotech innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into operational excellence
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Advose on regulatory compliance and ethical frameworks for next-gen technologies
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and strategic thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Experience advising Fortune 500 clients on long-term transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar institution)
