Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI integration, quantum computing adoption, and biotech convergence
- Facilitate innovation workshops with stakeholders to co-create future-ready solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of human-AI collaboration
- Advise product teams on ethical implications and societal impact of emerging technologies
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and investor boards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused research or thought leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, biotech, etc.)
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Experience facilitating workshops with C-level executives across global organizations
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on product innovation or corporate strategy
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
