Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework using AI-driven trend analysis
- Produce quarterly horizon-scanning reports on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-state opportunities
- Design scenario-planning models for 3-5 year technological evolution pathways
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists and industry thought leaders
- Champion innovation culture through internal 'future hackathons' and prototyping initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and futures research methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex concepts
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful future-strategy implementations
- Experience with predictive analytics tools and data visualization platforms
- Track record of influencing C-level decisions through visionary thought leadership
