Responsibilities

- Create strategic foresight reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic factors affecting future business landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Business, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist roles at tech-forward companies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight projects
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from World Future Society) preferred
