Responsibilities
- Anticipate global tech, social, and economic shifts through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for emerging markets and disruptive technologies
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed future-ready principles into organizational DNA
- Lead cross-functional workshops to cultivate forward-thinking culture
- Produce actionable reports and scenario-planning frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Identify and nurture partnerships with emerging startups and research institutions
- Represent Innovatech at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (portfolio required)
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
