Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate resilience) to identify strategic opportunities and threats
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps with actionable milestones for board-level stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future scenarios
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive models for investors and partners
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into product innovation and business transformation
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing long-term vision documents that influenced organizational strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or thought leadership
- Passion for emerging technologies and their societal implications
