Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 10-year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging tech convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints with quantum computing and neuro-interface teams
- Architect ethical AI governance protocols for autonomous systems
- Partner with climate tech startups on carbon-negative infrastructure solutions
- Produce annual 'Future State' whitepapers for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Represent company at global innovation summits and tech policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on AI ethics, biotech evolution, or climate tech
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, backcasting)
- Experience with quantum computing or neuro-interface technology landscapes
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex futures into executable roadmaps
