- Develop data-driven innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Deliver high-impact trend briefings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops across global teams
- Identify and quantify emerging market opportunities worth $100M+
- Build proprietary foresight frameworks using AI and quantitative analytics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech) and future-of-work trends
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in innovation or strategy publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Experience scaling innovation programs in global enterprises
