- Produce high-impact strategic briefings for C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic indicators affecting long-term strategy
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against strategic milestones
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and probabilistic modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from Futures School or similar)
