As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to anticipate market shifts, identify disruptive opportunities, and position organizations at the forefront of technological evolution. Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead client workshops on emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI) and their commercial implications
- Produce annual FutureTech Horizon Reports with actionable recommendations
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Mentor junior futurists and curate innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI governance, etc.)
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SCIP preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist research or thought leadership
