Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks and scenario-planning models for organizational adaptation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership reports and predictive trend analyses for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-driven storytelling
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven ability to translate complex future insights into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio of published trend reports or strategic foresight projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
