Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech
- Develop 5-10 year strategic scenarios for enterprise clients
- Lead executive workshops on future-proofing business models
- Author white papers and trend reports published in industry journals
- Advolve cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping of future solutions
- Represent InnovateX at global futurism conferences and symposiums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodology and foresight frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years experience in corporate strategy or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of published trend analysis or scenario planning
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic foresight projects
