Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and societal trends to forecast 2026 market shifts
- Develop scenario-planning models for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state roadmaps
- Produce executive-level trend briefings with data-driven insights
- Identify disruptive threats and opportunities in 5-10 year horizons
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven ability to translate complex scenarios into business strategies
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFTE, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ horizon-scanning projects
