Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Develop and implement 3-5 year innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate future-ready technologies into core offerings
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic factors affecting tech adoption timelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of executing multi-year innovation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP)
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
