- Produce annual Future State reports with actionable recommendations for C-suite executives
- Establish KPIs to track progress toward 2026 milestones in sustainability and digital transformation
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to pioneer next-generation methodologies
- Mentor innovation teams in foresight techniques and emerging technology adoption
- Represent the organization at global futurism summits and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 7+ years of experience
- Proven track record in developing long-term strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACFC or Foresight Practitioner Program)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
