Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological shifts, and socio-economic indicators to map scenarios for 2026
- Develop evidence-based strategic frameworks for long-term organizational resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visioning
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and trend briefings for executive decision-making
- Identify emerging technologies and business models with disruptive potential
- Design innovation pipelines to capitalize on future market opportunities
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions and services
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex future concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or publications
