- Produce actionable whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging risks/opportunities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory impacts on technology adoption
- Mentor junior futurists in trend synthesis and critical foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and scenario-planning deliverables
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proficient in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi, backcasting)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures to stakeholders
- Global perspective with cross-cultural collaboration experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioners)
