Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 technology and market foresight strategies using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and evaluating disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Design and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor global trends and competitor innovations to identify strategic opportunities
- Establish KPIs for measuring the impact of future-focused initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
