Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructure and cloud solutions
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for enterprise systems and resolve complex IT issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy DevOps pipelines and automation tools
- Conduct security audits and implement robust cybersecurity protocols
- Manage server administration, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and backup systems
- Document IT processes and create technical documentation for internal teams
- Mentor junior IT staff and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure and systems administration
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, AWS/Azure, and network protocols
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, or Bash)
- Valid CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
