Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic frameworks for AI, biotech, and climate tech sectors
- Produce quarterly foresight briefings for C-suite executives at Fortune 500 partners
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for emerging technology disruption
- Author white papers published in journals like Future Studies Review
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on long-term innovation projects
- Mentor junior futurists in our Emerging Leaders program
- Advocate ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neurotech
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent expertise
- 5+ years in strategic foresight at top-tier innovation labs
- Published work in peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Proficiency in horizon scanning and Delphi methodology
- Experience with quantitative/qualitative trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5+ year predictions
- Certification in Strategic Foresight from AC/FS preferred
