As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to anticipate technological disruptions, societal shifts, and market opportunities. Your insights will directly influence product development, investment strategies, and organizational transformation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate tech) and forecast their impact on our industry through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term business resilience and growth
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Produce high-impact reports and executive presentations on emerging opportunities and threats
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and academic thought leaders
- Advise leadership on ethical implications and societal responsibilities of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, blockchain, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable business strategies
