Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces affecting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Lead innovation workshops using design thinking and futures methodologies
- Produce strategic whitepapers and predictive models for emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight data into compelling executive narratives and roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of delivering foresight frameworks adopted by global enterprises
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and technology adoption curves
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
